You are responsible for the information you add, the accuracy of your records, and the security of your device, passphrase, recovery hints, and shared files.

No Professional Advice

The app is not a legal, financial, medical, or estate-planning advisor. Stored directives, wills, policies, and records should be reviewed with qualified professionals when needed.

Secure Sharing

Secure Share packages are intended for controlled sharing with people you trust. You are responsible for choosing recipients, communicating passcodes through a separate channel, and confirming that the recipient should receive the material.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the app to store or share unlawful material, material you do not have rights to possess or disclose, or information that violates another person's privacy.
